In September 2010 Jack was recognized by his peers in the mortgage
industry as “Lender of the Year” in Nebraska.
This award is given by the Nebraska Mortgage Association, recognizing a
mortgage lending professional who has
demonstrated strong dedication to the mortgage industry and is involved
in community and homeownership initiatives.

USDA AWARDS
Professional Mortgage Services continues
to receive awards from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In 2003,
2004, 2005 and 2009
we were awarded the “Million Dollar Club” award; and in 2007 we were
named one of Nebraska’s “Top 10 Lenders”.
USDA loans continue to be a great loan product for our area. Qualifying
homebuyers with a Rural Development home loan can
borrow 100% of the purchase price plus loan closing costs and repairs
when the appraisal supports it.
