• Your first step should be to call Professional Mortgage Services to be prequalified (402) 873-7794 or 1-800-701-4690. In today's real estate sales environment realtors and sellers want to show homes to serious, qualified buyers. If you qualify, Professional Mortgage Services will provide you with a letter of pre-qualification to present to your realtor.
   
• Feel free to access our Pre-qualification application form and our General Authorization form from the main menu. The forms may be printed off for your use in the above process.
   
• Negotiate the purchase of a home with confidence and knowledge.
   
• Your loan application will be personally taken by one of our Mortgage Specialist or Jack Hobbie, Owner/President. Applications can be taken in person, over the phone or by mail.
   
• Your application will be assigned to one of our highly qualified Loan Assistants who will process, monitor and keep you informed as we proceed to obtain approval of your loan and set up the closing of your loan.
   
• Your loan closes with you now joining the rank of "homeowner".
